Wow, Greco Greens 🥬 is such a great find. My wife and I loved the fresh microgreens sprinkled on our food. We tried the freeze dried greens also with great results. The kids actually ate them (and liked them) sprinkled on rice and popcorn. I need to figure out what other dishes the dried greens would be good on for our kids and their amazing parents. We love the idea of getting our nutrition naturally via food, not just supplements. Microgreens seem to be a great start to this. I had my health guru friend eat some of the freeze dried greens and she was impressed. That made me feel like I was on the right path. Good start.

I had some greens sent to me in July to Colorado as a gift. These were way more fresh than what is available at the grocery stores, and the dressings were delicious. Will definitely be ordering more, and I plan to send some out as gifts for the holidays 😊
