What a gem in Anniston! Just sautéed some of my lionsmane and a salad from the lettuce. So delicious! The lionsmane is so delicate and reminds me of scallops. Will continue to support this business buy enjoying their produce.

My broccoli sprouts lasted 10 days in the fridge before I finished them all. Still super fresh. The container was absolutely full. Great flavor.
