We just did a mushroom foray for fall winter mushrooms. It was incredibly educational and peaceful to walk in the woods. We found out about real versus false Turkey Tail, Amanitas (aka what not to eat) and found some beautiful Blewits. Who knew you could forage mushrooms in winter? We had delicious pickled and jerky chanterelles, too. I highly recommend these foraging tours.

As A commercial mushroom farmer, I depend on the quality of products and on time product availability I have found through this supplier. I have found that my chefs, CSA farmers and the public. All prefer the ALL LOCAL materials in which the farm utilizes within its grow kits. Being able to provide organic, local based mushrooms to my clients has been a major sales point for generating sales. My young children love going to fungi farms! Allen and the crew are always super friendly and respectful. They have the sweetest little dogs that greet you at the door, dolly and coconut! Very grateful I found this farm. They helped to build a growing small mushroom farm and business! Mush luv 🍄🪄🍄
