We don’t sell fresh mushrooms, but we’re launching a line of freeze-dried mushrooms that are harvested at peak freshness and preserved for long-term use. Unlike fresh mushrooms, which spoil quickly, our freeze-dried varieties can last up to 25 years while retaining their flavor, texture, and nutritional value. Perfect for stocking your pantry, traveling, or preparing for anything.

Our tinctures are made using real fruiting bodies, not myceliated grain or filler. We extract them ourselves in Baltimore using a double-extraction method to pull both alcohol- and water-soluble compounds for maximum potency.

Do you grow your own mushrooms?

Yes — we grow most of our mushrooms in-house at our Baltimore headquarters, including Lion’s Mane, Pink Oyster, Chestnut, Reishi, Turkey Tail, and Cordyceps. Our team handles the entire process: inoculation, fruiting, and extraction.

We’re also cultivating additional varieties like Blue, Gray, and Golden Oyster mushrooms, and actively developing future offerings like freeze-dried and ready-to-cook mushrooms.

While a few of our current tinctures use mushrooms sourced from trusted partners, our goal is to bring as much of our production in-house as possible — to reduce our environmental footprint and ensure the highest quality and consistency in every product.
