This place is one of the coolest things in o’Fallon. My brother visited them during a school tour, and brought me on a weekend for an open house with a cooking demonstration. The staff here are awesome, the food that was made by the chef was DELICIOUS. Everything was gluten free, and their products are vegan. I plan to come back to learn and purchase some more. Really amazing how they grow and utilize mushrooms that turn into incredibly flavorful products.

There's not many things better in life like fresh at the source food. How I wish I could get into gardening, but if I did these folks would still supply the mushrooms for me. Their store is off the beaten path in an industrial area, but when you get there you'll find a bright and clean facility with so many fantastic varieties of shrooms. They love to show you around and will answer even the silliest of questions that you can throw at them (we had never heard of mushroom coffee before). Their prices are really reasonable considering what you are getting. Its nothing like what you can get at a grocery, and I find it much more easily accessible than farmer's markets (it's inside and very little walking!
