Originally conceptualized to utilize local agricultural by-products, such as pecan shells and pruned wood, the farm now employs a controlled environment to produce high-quality, pesticide-free gourmet mushrooms year-round. Their operational cycle is circular, as they process spent mushroom substrate (SMS) into soil amendments, reintegrating nutrients back into the land. Full Circle Mushrooms serves a diverse client base, including direct-to-consumer sales via local farmers' markets in Las Cruces and El Paso, home delivery, and supply partnerships with local restaurants and retail establishments.
