The most amazingly delicious lions mane mushrooms! So fresh! The tincture with the coffee extract was surprisingly good too. Great products and I learned a lot about local options at the farmers market for my new addiction!
Super fresh product, tasty mushrooms and I don't have to drive to Tulsa. Pictured is a black oyster omelet and pan fried Lion's Mane. So good. Oyster mushrooms can stand in for chicken breast in any pan fried dish. Also great as a taco or fajita filling, just add taco style seasoning and you'll have a tasty meal.

He has an amazing selection of mushrooms either fresh, tincture or capsules. Lions mane is my favorite mushroom as a shredded meat substitute and Jasons mushrooms are just beautiful, also the jerky is so good!
