We got 1 lb of Lions Mane mushroom from her and made Lions Mane steak. This was truly fantastic! Plus pretty easy and quick! My husband just cooked it in a skillet, pressing it with another pan to get it flattened and cooked, then seasoned with plant based butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Took maybe 10 mins. Then topped with steak sauce. She is also very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you for the amazing gourmet mushrooms!
