I met Luke at a talk that he gave at Plant Based Pittsburgh. He is super knowledgeable and explained everything about each type very well. Bought a few varieties of his mushrooms and a growing kit. The mushrooms were really fresh and just amazing. Made soup and veggie lasagna. For the kit, I over misted it and it took much longer to bloom. But, Luke was super responsive and helped me get it right. They bloomed the next day and I will have a big harvest of oyster mushrooms very soon. Luke is really sweet and I recommend that you look him up. He does farmers’ markets and direct sales. Get you fungi on; buy local is best. The pictures are of my kit blooming, then ready to harvest and dinner. Really delish. Can’t wait to start my next batch.
