The absolute worst customer service I've experienced. Was told more than once they would be right with me. Well an hour later I'm still walking around lost because there aren't prices on anything. I had a $960 dollar budget as that. Had the big fella that stays in the office with light colored hair been there, it would of been different. Last time I go on a Saturday if I ever go back.

Good people, good material. The ONE negative reviewer as of this writing was simply at the wrong place. This place basically serves the landscape industry. If you are a homeowner and know what you want it's awesome. Send a list with size, type, variety etc and it will be waiting. Call up wanting a conversation about what already died in the spot you want to plant, or what a hydrangea costs at Lowes and you become the person ordering a medium well Big Mac at 12:05.

These guys know their craft. Fair prices. Largest selection of plants within a 20-30 mile radius. The company I worked for for 3 years used Totalscape exclusively for those reasons and I shop with them for my personal and families hone
