I ordered a 3 gallon Moso bamboo plant from Lewis Bamboo and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The plant arrived at my door in just one day, well-packaged with a moist root ball and no damage from shipping. It’s in excellent health, with vibrant green leaves and a very full, bushy appearance that’s much larger than I expected for a shipped plant. You can tell it was grown and cared for properly before being sent out. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the size, quality, and speed of delivery, and I’ll definitely be buying from Lewis Bamboo again.

Great bamboo and great customer service! Lewis Bamboo processed my bamboo order of 8 plants very quickly, and arrived very soon after they were boxed. The bamboo was packed very nicely, sufficiently supported, in a "breathable" box with the soil part moist and wrapped quite well. The quality of the plants upon delivery were very nice and after planting according to their guidelines, took to the soil fine. I used a small pack of their fertilizer for each planting area. First few weeks each plant phased though some leaf color changes, and some fell but I guess that was the plants getting accustomed to the local soil? After a month, I could see they were doing well. Watered every day, on a 10 minute timer, normal sprinkler. 2 months in, just about every planting has gotten new shoots. I've reached out once or twice, with questions, and they've always been very responsive and clear with guidance. (email is best way to reach out) Top notch business. EDIT, 1 YEAR IN: Plants went through a very tough winter amazingly. Before springtime growth season, I fertilized according to their guidelines (and they also sent out a reminder email which was impressive). Springtime growth was radically different than last year - much more robust. Now, I have easily double the height and way more coverage than expected. The coverage keeps getting more dense. EDIT : 2nd year anniversary and these plants have really gone through an incredible expansion and growth phase. So many more shoots popped up and all are 50% taller. Planting year they were 4’, 1st yr anniversary 8’ and now they’re 12’. Amazing growth. It’s surprising because this winter was incredibly cold for a very long time. Very rare. Very durable bamboo. Continue to be pleased.

Ordered some Alphonse Karr bamboo and they've been doing great for the past several months. Everything was packaged well and arrived promptly

Bamboo shipped wonderfully a year ago, all three seemed well and would have been a 5 star. But Only one has shooted up this year with abundance. Wasn't concerned until all I was told via IG to just fertilize em. All three have been treated the same so 🤷🏽‍♂️
