The plant arrived quickly and was big, beautiful and healthy. Attaching a picture taken a few weeks later. For scale, that planter in the picture is 21 inches across. Will transplant to the ground very soon, although it arrives ready for that.

I highly recommend The Plant Factory. I searched high and low for a standard Wisteria (a Wisteria grafted to grow as a tree). I emailed local nurseries in a 50-mile radius, and contacted many mail-order nurseries as well. The Plant Factory was the only source I could find, and they had two different varieties in stock, ready to ship to California, which can sometimes be a problem for out-of-state nurseries. I had never purchased from them or even heard of them, so I was reluctant to spend close to $200 on an unknown business. But when I have to have a plant for my collection, I will do crazy things. Great news! From the moment I saw the box on my porch, I knew this was a quality company. They did an incredible job of packing it into a tall, sturdy box. It came from Alabama to California, in June, and looked like I had picked it up from the best nursery in town. The plant was robust and full, had a lovely shape, and it is now in a large planter in my courtyard amongst my other rare and unusual plants. A call out to The Plant Factory: Great job, and thanks for sending me such a healthy and happy plant.

Poor customer service. Paid for 7pcs 3 gallon Tator tots (not cheap) but received less than a quarter gallon plants in approximately 3 gallons containers. When I emailed explaining the issue I was sent the generic warranty information and was asked to send a pic. I sent a pic and got no response. I also followed up no response so far,
