Bought a big arrangement of succulents as a gift. Tracked down an employee and showed him a little brown spot on one of the leaves. He assured me the plant was healthy. Not only was it not healthy, it was covered in mealybugs. The person I bought it for had to quarantine it so as not to infect their other, very healthy plants. They didn't want to tell me that my gift was a dud, but when I saw it (two weeks later), I returned it to Westwood. Not only did they refuse to refund or exchange it, but they also tried to sell me some stuff to get rid of the destructive bugs that were on the plant they sold me. Buyer beware- that was $45 down the drain. Not a lot for many, but a lot for me.

Lots of items here, not cheap but well cared for stock. The sales staff mostly checking their phones to answer questions. Warranty only 50% store credit.

Love the selection. But I went and bought a few items for some Christmas shopping and the customer service was just not there. I went to check out and the employee didn't say hello back to me, didn't say a single word, then just walked away and started doing something else after my transaction was complete. Didn't ask if I wanted a bag for all my little items, didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, didn't even say "thanks"... just walked away to do something else. Rude.
