i go into desert forest a lot about 4 years anytime i need a tree or a cactus or bush they always have the best quality and best prices , and since i could remember Alex villa and noely saenz are always there to help me always always. as if they never miss a day of work they are the backbone to such a beautiful nursery i definitely recommend this place especially if you want quality with out spending to much money

My family has been coming here for years and we have always left with a smile. Theres not a cleaner nursery around! The selection here is never ending, the workers are always ready to help and the lot is very organized. They are always there to answer my calls and help get a quote together. 10/10 would give these guys a chance! They have everything!
This place isn't really for retail (commercial only). They like to claim that they are but if you don't know what you want and would like to walk around, you get kicked out. Or if you know what you want but want to choose the exact tree, also NO. You are better off going to other nurseries or a big box store. Wasted my time driving all the way out there today.
I stopped by to buy a few cacti for my house and was escorted by vehicle around the nursery to pick out what I liked. I picked the cacti I liked and the gentleman who escorted me helped move the cacti to the truck. But afterwards when I went back to the front counter to pay, the female cashier became rude and stated that the escort informed her I was being unreasonable with the cacti I had picked, that they don’t sell them at that size, and that I had been rude and unreasonable during the escort. I’m not too sure what the escort thought was said, or if the cashier misunderstood something, but the whole situation became extremely confusing and unprofessional. I really don’t like posting reviews, especially negative ones, but felt like this one was warranted. I didn’t end up buying the cacti, even though I did like them, because of them apparently not being the right size even though the escort loaded them into the vehicle and for the confusing confrontation afterwards. Hopefully, sharing my experience will help others as I can’t imagine I am the only one this has happened to. I just wish I understood what happened and why the cashier became so rude since it was my first time there. I hope this helps you before deciding to stop by here and I hope ownership can follow back up with their cashier to help prevent this from happening to others in the future.
