I was at this Nursery a few days ago picking out some plants for my pots. Was given great advice as to what to plant and also Olivia told me before I planted my plants into my pots outside that I should soak the soil for two days before planting. I did as she suggested and two of the plants I bought died. So I called the Nursery and spoke with Olivia, she remembered me and the directions on what to do with the pots and plants. I asked her kindly if they would be able to just exchange the two plants. Olivia told me to text the photos of the two plants to a number so they could see what the two plants looked like. Olivia told me she would get right back to me. I did as she asked and heard Crickets for the next 4.5 hours. Called back and Olivia stated they were having phone issues.🙄 it is what it is. She told me just saw my photos and said she would quick talk to her manager I told her if the Manager was available I would be happy to talk to the manager also. Olivia stated she didn’t know what to do and explained that she did not think they would do an exchange but possibly the manager would give me a discount. I told Olivia I would be happy to buy 2 more plants if there was no way of an exchange, I just wanted some feedback back. Once again she put me on hold and the call was disconnected. I believe I was being hung up on because Olivia didn’t want to deal with the situation. I kept calling back and someone would pick up the phone and not say a word and as soon as I said hello, I was hung up on again. Now I am in this mind set that this Plant Nursery doesn’t like or want to deal with customers looking for guidance. I was not looking for anything free, or angry about what happened to the plants. I spent over $100.00 there. The Nursery itself is small and they don’t have allot to choose from (mostly trees and bushes) and that is not my main complaint with them, it is the way they treated me as a customer. I don’t think I will be going back there and will warn friends, family and acquaintances to not shop there as their customer service skills are really bad. I was not even disgruntled a tiny bit. Honestly, I was very nice to Olivia and told her several times I was just wanting some guidance on what to do for the plants. Very Rude. I kept calling and someone would pick up the phone and not say hello when spoken to, and then hang up. They have my number because of the text and no one has tried to connect with me. It’s unfortunate because I am the type of person who encourages people to do business with other businesses. Well I hope they all have a great day. Thanks again.

Large fountain selection and they have some native plants. Employee reported it’s rare for people to want mulch around garden beds and warned us that it would retain moisture and attracts bugs. We bought an $8 bag of chunky pine mulch. Greenhouse section had plenty of empty space, dry air, and crispy plants.
