Plants Express

I will never buy from them again. Their shipping fee is insane. Prices are ok but the shipping is insane. Too many other nurseries with better shipping prices and policies.

We recently purchased twenty five, 25 gallon Italian Cypress trees from Plants Express. We couldn’t be happier! Manny from Plants Express was very willing to help us plan and order the number of trees we needed based on our objectives. The trees were delivered exactly as scheduled. Each of the trees are absolutely beautiful and in very good health! The arborist at the tree service that planted our trees kept commenting … “these are really good trees”! We would definitely order trees and plants from Plants Express again.

I had ordered Dymondia Margaretae silver carpet ground cover at a cost of $500.00. I live in east bay CA. In my opinion plant express' delivery was slow some of the flats were not that healthy. I planted them anyway figuring they had a strong root system. They did not take so only three of 5 flats survived. I am writing this because the customer service regarding my issues is non existent. I have called and sent emails but have not heard back in close to a month. Plant Express order #S31339

Watch out ! They put a 10gallon tree and they sell it as 15gallon to mark up the price. A little meyer lemon tree that you can find in Costco/Homedepot for not more than $100 is sold for $230-$250 inside a 15gallon pot. When I pulled out the tree from the pot almost 1/2 was fresh soil that have not established any root growth in it. Lesson learned.
