Update: I have worked with Diane and Corrine over the last 10 years and they are still my go to people to work with. They have an insane amount of plants to pull from from several growing locations, they are both helpful and always happy to share their thoughts when I am looking for subs or identifying plants. Thanks for being my go to local nursery for our clients. I am always treated with respect and friendship and given straight answers. Honest and integrous over there. Love working with West Covina Nursery! These ladies are top notch (:

People need to realize that this is not a public nursery. They are not there to answer questions about your garden. They sell commercial and I am one that appreciates the fact that she allows non commercial to buy there.

Spent thousands of dollars here - lady who runs the place is rude, unhelpful, deceptive. Dozens of plants arrived in unhealthy condition, many did not survive even 1 week. We went to another nursery in AG to get replacements and were stunned by how much healthier every single variety was. Wish we could turn back the time and go there for everything from the beginning.
