Best place to buy Aloes in the Bay Area. Hans is a great guy. I’ll certainly be making more purchases the future.

Ordered plants online to pick up on site. This wholesale grower’s location was a bit tricky to find, but absolutely worth the effort. Hans has beautiful, difficult-to-find plants at excellent prices and was wonderful to work with. We’ll be back for sure!
Bought an 'Tangerine' Aloe online, and came to the nursery for pick up. The location is not a store or retail location per se so it's not easy to spot, but it is where Google Maps takes you, just give them a call and they will find you. Hans was very nice and picked the biggest one for me. Great aloe, absolutely beautiful! I didn't bring a big enough car, and Hans helped me with some aloe gymnastics to fit it in. But in the end got the beautiful aloe home, no aloe or car interior was harmed 😂
I have to tell you when I received my order from Dryoasisplants yesterday, I was amazingly positively surprised! I have ordered plants by mail for many years, including cacti and succulents. When I thought I was going to get 3 plants in a gallon pot that were maybe 3 or 4 inches in size, I had no idea that the plants that I would be receiving would be so big and beautiful, almost in spots a foot high. I had ordered 3 rare Moroccan Scrub Cacti (Euphorbia resinflora). They were really "one gallon sized" plants. By contrast, I once tried ordering this cactus (not a true cactus) from another vendor and all I had gotten was for the same price stem cuttings that needed to be planted. You packaged them so superbly, making sure that the parts of the cactus would not be damaged by putting paper between the stems. I never saw anybody pack the plants like that so carefully. The price for these plants were amazingly nicely priced. Two thirds of the invoice was for shipping. Finally, I know because you had a delay in getting the plants out to me, you sent me an offer to pick a 4 inch plant as a bonus, which I unfortunately because I was away did not have a chance to do. But you Hans nevertheless included a beautiful butterfly agave, quite a nice specimen, about 6 in in diameter and tall, for me that was for a bonus, quite stunning. I may have a problem now, I might end up making my cactus and succulent collection so big with future purchases from Dryoasisplants now that my wife might insist on me building a separate greenhouse. LOL. Hans and Dryoasisplants is now my go to nursery and source for cacti and succulents. Reed Phillips
Dry Oasis Plants has an incredible selection of aloes and succulents, many of which are quite rare and you just don't see at other nurseries. I was lucky to have been in the area on a Saturday and was able to meet the owner, Hans, in person. He was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time answering my questions. I will definitely be purchasing from him again in the future.
