About the Nursery

Christmas Tree Farm. Top products: Monterey Pine Christmas trees, Noble Fir pre-cut trees, Nordmann Fir pre-cut trees. Hagle Tree Farm, located in Somis, California, is a family-operated agricultural business specializing in the cultivation and sale of Christmas trees. Established in 1993, the farm provides a dual-model retail experience: a 'choose and cut' selection featuring home-grown Monterey Pines and a variety of pre-cut Noble and Nordmann Firs sourced from northern climates. The farm emphasizes year-round horticultural maintenance, including systematic trimming and irrigation, to ensure product quality. Beyond tree sales, the business functions as an agritourism destination, offering seasonal family activities such as pony rides, farm animal interaction, and visits with Santa. Serving homeowners in the Somis and Camarillo regions, Hagle Tree Farm prioritizes a direct-to-consumer experience, even providing local delivery services to enhance convenience for their customers during the holiday season.

To This is our 3rd year driving 35 mins from West Hills to Hagle Tree Farm. It was dark when we arrived but we found the perfect tree again. They happen to have a bonfire going and asked us to enjoy some Smores and Bratwurst. We have never had such a great experience picking a tree and hanging out with such good people. If your looking for a tree, ask for Ben or his lovely family to help you. The Flett family

Faults advertising the only trees that there are to cut down or hideous, and nobody wanted to cut them down the pre-cut trees there was not a large selection or multiple different types. It is a waste of money and time, and if this is your child’s first experience with cutting down a tree you can forget it at this place. I will never go back. I’m really sorry I didn’t take pictures.

Came to cut a tree for Christmas this year (from South Bay) in early December. Glad to see a self cutting tree place but the trees were really out of shape. Plenty of parking on the lot, wheel burrows and tools available on site. Figured get here right after Thanksgiving there would be a good selection - not so much, unfortunately. The ones they have pre-cutnare your best options. Wanted to make this an event for the family and actually was not what we expected. Maybe this is an LA thing, idk. Staff was nice, most were under age youth helping (which is cool from a work experience perspective). Photos with Santa on a sleigh are available as well as some hens and a pig.

It's pretty no-nonsense here. This tree farm doesn't do the "buy it today and pick it up later" thing, but they do have competitive prices and quite nice pre-cut Noble firs, as well as cut-your-own pines and, at the very nice price of $50 regardless of size (for 2024 at least), Colorado cypress trees.
