Update. I have updated my review to 3 stars (from one) because I did receive a full refund this morning. I don't recommend this nursery. I've ordered hundreds of plants online and this was one of the worst outcomes so far. The plant roots were rotten, the plants were damaged and leaves falling off, and they looked nothing like the website advertised. I emailed them with videos and photos and they responded asking me to try and "nurse" them back, offering replacements if that didn't work. I didn't buy rehab plants and told them I didn't want replacements. Replacements would most certainly be no better. I wish I had read reviews here before buying.

I’ve ordered from here several times, they have really nice, healthy plants. I like their selection too they have lots of ivy’s and vines, bamboo and Japanese squash, even gingko! Orders are always packaged with care.

I ordered a plant February Third. It’s now March Twenty third I’ve reached out twice they replied telling me the first time to wait for the weather to warm up so I did I reach out again after many two week after (not sure) They said they’ll ship it out soon so I waited again. I’m down reaching out for it at the point they won’t give me my money back but won’t ship the plant either safe to say i was scammed but it’s ok just learn from my mistake.🥲
