My experience has been terrible, I ordered 70 olive trees for my wedding. The website asks for a specific delivery date and I put 07/10. I got notification saying my trees were being shipped 17 days early! This was a problem as I was not going to be home leading up to my wedding. After expressing this to customer service they said they couldn’t delay shipment and there was nothing they can do. I still needed the trees so I excepted the fact I would just have to figure it out. I get an email the same day saying my order was being cancelled!!! I never wanted my order canceled . I tried calling back and the call was going directly to voicemail. Afterwards I found out I was blocked because my wife called and they answered. They stated I was ”Aggressive”, which I was not I was just concerned about the trees dying. What company blocks a customer who spent 300$ plus on their good??? what kind of business is that? Basically they told my wife the couldn’t re-ship the order because someone had ordered the same trees??? That makes no sense because it specifically says you have to order 3 weeks in advance to get these trees, how did someone order them the same day my order got canceled and get it shipped out same day???? They are constantly lying, I also work for UPS, which they conveniently use for shipping. The lady had told me my order was also “shipped“ and that was another reason they couldn’t delay it. When I used the UPS tracking system it showed the shipment was not even at a ups facility yet and that all they did was generate a shipping label. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company, they are liars and have terrible customer service!!!

I would not recommend Eastern Leaf based on my experience. We placed an order for 75 trees to be used as centerpieces for our wedding on July 12 and specifically requested a delivery date of July 10—the date the website allowed us to select during checkout. The only communication we received afterward was an email stating that the trees would actually arrive about 10 days earlier. When my partner called to ask why our requested delivery date wasn’t being honored, he was given explanations about shipping policies that were never disclosed on the website before we placed the order. If you’re asking customers to choose a delivery date, it should mean something. Expecting someone to care for 75 live trees for an extra 10 days before a wedding is completely unreasonable. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to find a reasonable solution—such as delaying the shipment by a few days—we were met with poor communication and no real answers. After the conversation became frustrating, their solution was to cancel and refund the order without our authorization. At no point did we ask for the order to be canceled. We were trying to keep the order and simply have it shipped closer to the requested delivery date. This entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. We were willing to work with them and even accept some risk if necessary, but instead they canceled our order, leaving us scrambling just weeks before our wedding. I’ve never had a company cancel an order I still wanted simply because I questioned their process. If your order is for a time-sensitive event, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Don’t get scammed by this place. The pictures of the bonsai trees on their website are not representative of the actual tree they will send you. Save your money and buy from an actual reputable company.
