Disappointing customer service experience. I was standing at the register with my item already on the counter, waiting while the cashier was on a phone call. When another customer came up with a full cart, the cashier told me I “wasn’t in line” and checked her out first — even though I was there first with my item already placed on the counter. Being ignored while an employee is on a call, then told you’re not in line when you clearly were, isn’t okay. Hoping this gets addressed with staff, since it’s not the kind of service I’d expect from Armstrong.
