The Green Nook and The Green Nook Collection

My partner and I took the burlesque class with isabel, and although it was just us three, we had so much fun and felt so much more confident after. Everyone at the studio was welcoming, fun, and happy to have us there. There was no pressure to be perfect, we were just girls having fun, hyping eachother up, and feeling our body, our sensuality, and our energy. We felt our insecurities melt away almost immediately. ps: I was nervous to dress up, but isabel and kalei made me feel so pretty and confident. Dressing up is welcome :)

A true Escondido gem. I’m down 7 lbs so far, losing a steady pound a month. The variety of workouts keeps things fresh so I actually stay motivated, and the community here is incredibly nice. Yoga, dance, Barre, hip-hop, and more.

✨ A VIBE ✨ I love plants and I love dance. So The Green Nook naturally hits it out of the park for me. The classes are wonderful, and the instructors know just how to bring out the best in every level of dancer. This is such a welcoming place, and I am so glad I found it!

First time coming here tonight, I signed up for a hip hop class and honestly had so much fun. I haven’t learned choreography in so long and for not dancing for a long while, I feel like I caught on really quickly and others who are new would feel the same. I love that this place doubles as a plant shop too. Honestly vibes are immaculate, will be back to take more classes

Took both twerk and burlesque on Tuesday with Isabel and had a blast! The open format of the twerk class allowed me to explore this new form of dancing for my body. I felt it gave me space to connect with the moves individually without feeling the pressure of learning a full choreography. I took Burlesque before, but never felt like I had the space or time to connect to the choreography the way I did in Isabel's class. It was the best burlesque class I ever took!! She helped us connect to the spirit of the song and her choreo, and also left space for us to explore our own creativity. If you always wanted to try either form of dancing and never dared, this is the perfect opportunity: Isabel creates a very warm, safe and fun environment for her students.
