Really disappointed. They had near to nothing. I'm not sure what happened, but it definitely isn't like it used to be. I would not recommend as it can be out of the way and if this what's to be expected it just isn't worth it. Also, there was no one around to get help.

I used to absolutely love this company. On-site, they have lovely orchids. For years, we have been buying orchids from them. Unfortunately, the last orchid show we attended, I had ordered a bunch of micro orchids. Upon receiving them, majority were dead. After emailing the situation, they offered replacement or credit. I asked some questions pertaining to my options. Twice I have asked for follow up (it’s been a month now) and I have not received any answer or solution. Wholeheartedly disappointed at the moment.

Have come to this Nursery several times and never had a bad experience until today. Drove over an hour to get here only to be told that they only do wholesale now and they have yet to announce that to the general public. There was no way to get in touch with any sort of manager so we wasted over 2 hours of our Sunday due to lack of communication of this company.

Drove an hour to this store only to find it closed. They really need to update their hours. Very disappointing… make sure to call before you go.
