I came in today to get some plants, and while checking out I was helped by an amazing employee named Bruno. He was kind, helpful, and his attitude made me feel welcome and appreciated. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience that I wanted to share it. I would definitely come back again!

I have been a loyal customer of 20 plus years i have met so many nice employees. Today i felt like i was not Treated fairly by Javier . I know the rules on where the line starts to pay at the registers and where i need to place the plants . Javier gave me a rude attitude and told me to go back to the line and wait but there was no other customer there it was just me. This is not the first time that he has been rude to me .
My baby ate a berry off of a tree at the park. Poison control told me to take it to a nursery so it could be identified. This was the closest nursery so I went there. After the plant was identified and poison control said my baby was good I decided to buy something to say thanks. While checking out the cashier chewed me out for not waiting in line when I first came in to get the berry identified. Who expects a babies life to be left in the balance for the sake of their line!
This was our second time visiting this place. They provide the best selection and quality of plants. The staff is really helpful especially Chris. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you for providing outstanding customer service Chris!.
