I ordered a grape vine with grapes and twice I called and they said it has grapes on it, both times I asked them to please make sure, and they assured me, but when I got there there were no grapes. And the worse part was their attitude and they didn't seem to care, even their manager. She offered a discount rather than deal with why they would lie to me twice and make me drive all the way there. She also made some lame excuse that maybe the rodents ate all the grapes. I got there in less than an hour and the rodents came and ate all the grapes. Really? She also claimed that she had called me, but she never did. It is a fine place until there is a problem, then horrible customer service.
