I walked out after dealing with a very very rude woman. I agree with some of the other posts here on this rude Korean lady. She insults you if you ask questions on the plants and just does not want to answer questions about the product. I also noticed that the bonsai quality is poor......dead leaves, etc. Will not go back here again! And i recommend others look elsewhere. Also i was asked to wait 10 minutes as this lady was away!!

Extremely rude and condescending owner makes for a very unpleasant visit. She has no tolerance of those new to bonsai or who seek information on caring for the plant they just bought. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and polite to people, especially when you want them to buy things from you.
Every piece there is so well cared for, extremely intricate and healthy. Tweety from Akita Bonsai in FV (another fantastic bonsai nursery) recommended that we check out House of Bonsai.. so glad we did! Highly recommend, beautiful LARGE nursery!
The nursery does have adequate parking in front entrance area and a variety of bonsai species. However a bit pricey and the management can be quite unpleasant for no apparent reason which takes the fun out of shopping for bonsai.
Terrible experience and very rude person working there. Gave me the wrong instructions and advice for the tree. She specifically said the tree should be kept indoor and watered every two days . The tree was not thriving, so I googled the instructions to know that it should be kept indoor and watered more frequently then adviced. when I went back to her she said it is what it is very very rudely. She said quote : “ we are looking for customers that know how to grow…” . Mind you when I went back to the store I noticed that she kept similar bonsai trees outdoor herself . I was there with my two kids , one 7 one 3 and I had bought these bonsai trees for them as gifts. My son came back to the car pointing at how sad he was and how rude she is . My advice : buy ur bonsai trees anywhere else but here
