Since I moved to the area, went several times to buy plants and ordered a few ones. One of them was in a pretty bad shape when they gave it to me. I waited a few weeks to see if the plant was going stronger, it actually got worse. I came back to return it and buy three more instead. My husband lost the receipt when he went to pick up the order, but I told the vendor that he could track my purchase with my account, on the very same day I ordered two other plants and one was still pending. They refused refund me or exchange with another plant, and they kept it!!! A $12 plant. You lost a customer. Your loss.

I visited for the first time recently and was really impressed by the variety and quality of the plants they had in stock. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure which plants would work best for my specific needs. I asked one of the employees, West, for some advice, and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for instead of just pointing me toward the most popular options. He was knowledgeable, explained the pros and cons of several choices, and helped me pick plants that were a much better fit than what I would have chosen on my own. The selection was excellent, the plants were healthy, and the customer service made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.
Nice selection of native plants, fruit trees, everything...
What a great place to buy plants. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their plants, and the nursery is beautiful and full of a wide variety of native as well as unusual landscape plants. We talked with a staff member for a while about future plans to plant trees in our yard and left with a list of species to research. He knew everything about the needs of different trees we were thinking of planting, and made recommendations based on the climate and environment where we lived. He warned us that the prevailing wind where we lived would affect the variety of tree we wanted, and suggested several other varieties that were similar in foliage and color, describing them in every season. He was so helpful. We had gone to pick up one plant, we left with six, and we will definitely be back.
The best part of this nursery is there are trimmed rose plants (without flowers and leaves. I think they will bloom eventually. I didn’t see any nursery selling such thing till date.
