Receptionists was very nice BUT be aware they DO NOT sell to individuals. They are WHOLESALE only. I mention this because some wholesale nurseries do both sales, but this one does not.

I can’t thank Chris the manager enough for always helping out locating the right plants . The team , Jessica in Oceanside , Pedro , hector Arehlic, and now Car ( the new sales agent ) are above and beyond helpful . They always locate and pull all the right plants and help us select the best plants possible . Thank you to all the hard working teams in different locations Devil mountain you guys are the best

I had a very disappointing experience with Devil Mountain Nursery. They delivered multiple incorrect plants with my order—some were the wrong type, others were the wrong color, and a few were even broken upon arrival. To make matters worse, at least a quarter of the plants had clear signs of pest infestation. When I called to request replacements, I was met with refusal and told about their strict two-week return policy, which seems absurd given that most places, like Home Depot, offer up to a year to return plants. For a nursery, I would expect better customer service and more flexibility, especially when they’re at fault. I won’t be ordering from here again.
