Ordered over 200$ in bare-root berries. Package arrived completely packed to the moon and back in plastic tape. I couldn’t get them out of box without the bags tearing open and dirt olants dumping all over, it was a mess. Everything planted according to instructions. Several strawberry plants were so tiny and weak looking they didn't make it. Two raspberry plants out the the 6 or so i purchased were also weak and very thin not strong looking. Those never sprouted and died. Sent email and also asked for help on instagram. Comments deleted. Dm’d ignored. Then responded finally and told to send email. Which I have with no response. Other plants are ok, but won’t purchase from these guys again. -Update: see business response below. They want my order info…even though it says it on the email in the subject line as well in the email. Still never responded. Raspberries that are still alive continue to struggle, several others have withered away despite good practices.

Went to buy a Tulsi (Holy Basil) plant. Staff was very helpful and showed me around various parts of the nursery. They have a huge and quality collection of plants and would definitely visit/buy from them again.
