About the Nursery

Diverse retail plant nursery. Top products: Fruit trees, Succulents and cactus, Tropicals and perennials, Shade trees and ornamentals, Pottery and garden supplies. Rancho Valhalla Nursery is a family-owned and operated horticultural facility spanning 4 acres in east county. The nursery functions as both a growing operation and a retail destination, specializing in a wide variety of plant life including succulents, cactus, tropicals, water plants, perennials, annuals, vegetables, and both fruit and shade trees. A core aspect of their business model is the on-site propagation and cultivation of a significant portion of their inventory, which allows for direct quality control and competitive pricing by reducing intermediary handling. The nursery serves a diverse clientele ranging from residential homeowners and avid gardeners to professional contractors and plant collectors. Beyond their plant offerings, the business provides essential landscape materials, including soil, fertilizers, bark, seeds, and pottery. The property is designed as a destination experience, featuring landscape vignettes, fountains, and a fish pond.

The staff here were awesome, James in particular helped us out a ton. He knew pretty much everything there is to know about plants, and was just an overall nice person. The plants themselves were beautiful, and the nursery is as well. The prices are fair, too. Overall a great place to visit :)

Did not get to see all of the nursery, bad knees but surgery soon and I plan on going back to walk the whole thing. I did buy pony packs of colorful plants. Employees very helpful. To

Im coming here for plants before any other nursery from here on. Their selection is huge, their prices beyond reasonable, their staff is friendly and calm, and the property is relaxing with the ponds and shade and trees. I needed brush cherries to replace some hedges that have died, another nursery wanted $90 each, I got 3 for $45 total here.
