The workers wear the salesmen cap as well but are not well mannered. This business seems to cater more towards bigger companies or contractors. If you come here looking for help I would recommend going somewhere else. The prices for their trees vary depending on who you talk to. I stopped at the Cleveland location looking for a tree, and when I was there, the manager rudely asked me to leave and go to the Monroe nursery. I was quoted one price at the Cleveland location and a second price at the Monroe location. Then the workers confronted me and asked me why I had not told them that they quoted me a higher price at the other location which is weird why I would let them know the prices of their trees are. Terrible experience.

I have to give these guys some love. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They’ve always been extremely professional, helpful, and the quality of their plants is phenomenal. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you guys put in. The Ficus trees I just had delivered are top notch. Go here if you want white glove service, this is one of the best nurseries in California.
