I spent over $1500 on bushes and plants, and I’m very pleased to say that they all thrived through the winter except for a couple of plants. Sadly, the only items I could not return or exchange were the Dracaena (corn) plants and the fig plants. I purchased two of each, and unfortunately, only one of each survived. Aside from that, I have been very pleased with the quality of the other plants and appreciate that the company stands behind its products. A great guarantee shows that a company truly cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to support customers when issues arise. Having that peace of mind makes a big difference when investing in landscaping and plants.

An excellent shopping experience—everything was clean and neatly arranged, and there was a wide variety of plants. Caden was helpful and patient in assisting me to find cherry and flat peach trees. If you are looking for a diverse selection of fruit trees, this is the best place to go.

Stopped by Green Acres tonight for some help with my struggling balcony plants and had such a great experience. I came in pretty overwhelmed trying to figure out pests, fertilizers, soil, pots, etc. and one of the employees was incredibly patient and knowledgeable helping me find exactly what I needed. Everyone was still so kind and helpful even though I came in close to closing and was definitely one of those people still shopping 5 minutes before close 😅 You can really tell the staff genuinely loves plants and wants to help people succeed with them. Also, I could wander around this place for HOURS. So many beautiful plants and fun garden stuff. Already planning another trip back tomorrow!

For most part ok. Except the live insects. Bought 4 praying mantis eggs . As i do every year for past 7 yrs. 1st time at greenacres. All 4 eggs never hatched . They had out of refrigerator already but found out they usually at night put in and out during day. Which will cause them to die. And still refuse to refund my money
