This is my third time going into this establishment over the past 2 years ever since the coin shortage and Penny van this location no longer carries change. I just left 5 minutes ago I purchased two water plates and a bag of clay hydrogen pellets total came out to 16.37. Out of a $20 bill instead of getting $3.63 back I just got the $3 I understand times are tough but the bank still gives change if you don't have pennies why are we still getting cut short. Of course everyone says if you don't like it go somewhere else I understand that but we as a customers and the owner should not be at a loss but come to a solution can we do that please?

Had a minor issue with shipping. Grower’s Depot employee CHUCK picked up the first time I called to inquired about it. Called me back promptly and told me he had resolved the issue. Checked the tracking information the next day and it had updated. Very professional. It honestly meant a lot that CHUCK personally saw to a resolution and it was handled. Fast. 10/10 would use this company again. Thank you from Philadelphia.
