Such a great nursery. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. Beautiful selection of quality plants. Helpful staff. Just a fun place to go even to only browse if you need a pick-me-up!

I really wanted to love this place and I even started following them on Instagram because their plants and home decor are genuinely beautiful. It’s also super convenient for me since it’s just a 2-minute drive away, and I’d happily pay a little more to support a local spot like this. That said, I’ve been utterly disappointed by the customer service on multiple visits. On one occasion, I asked a question and later realized I was speaking with the owner (I recognized her from Instagram). She came across as very dismissive and annoyed that I was asking for help. On at least three other visits, I’ve had similar experiences with staff seeming irritated or put out when I asked questions or wanted to check out, but that shouldn’t surprise me because culture is set from the top. I’ve tried giving them several chances because I really do love their products, but the customer experience has consistently been off-putting. I hope they stay around and just improve their outlook on their customers.

Unprofessional, rude, severely condescending, most staff intentionally disrespect customers, staring back blankly after their standard verbal slams and 100% couldn't care less if the paying customer likes it or not. Local better business bureau, mayor's office, investors or owner(s) nobody steps in to improve customer service there. In fact it's interesting to see some customers accept it apparently wondering if staff intended to cut deep or was it the customer's misinterpretation. Never an apology or attempt to diminish their verbal stings. Many shoppers are older so does this constitute as elder abuse? We'll never know because "nobody cares" apparently.

Plant Depot Nursery has outstanding customer service! I had a few plants that unfortunately weren’t thriving, and even though I had purchased them a couple of months earlier, they still honored the return. They were incredibly helpful, understanding, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. They also have a beautiful selection of healthy, high-quality plants, and I always enjoy browsing their nursery. I highly recommend Plant Depot to anyone looking for an amazing variety of plants and exceptional customer service!
