Do not go here. We special ordered 13x trees that were supposed to be 6’ tall. When we arrived to pick them up, the trees were only 3’ tall. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they made excuses, were rude and not helpful at all, a complete waste of my time.
Terrible and total disregard for the community! 🚫 The nursery wholesale truck blocked an entire street in La Jolla leaving no room for residents to pass. Unloading multiple trees took OVER 25 MINUTES - unacceptable! 🚨 Hazardous and selfish. Would not recommend. 1/5 stars
I had a very disappointing experience with Devil Mountain Nursery. They delivered multiple incorrect plants with my order—some were the wrong type, others were the wrong color, and a few were even broken upon arrival. To make matters worse, at least a quarter of the plants had clear signs of pest infestation. When I called to request replacements, I was met with refusal and told about their strict two-week return policy, which seems absurd given that most places, like Home Depot, offer up to a year to return plants. For a nursery, I would expect better customer service and more flexibility, especially when they’re at fault. I won’t be ordering from here again.
