Hit and miss for customer service. Second time here. Their selection of cactus plants is plentiful, there are many options to choose from. I was shopping with the intention of purchasing a gift for my mom to rebuild her cactus collection lost in the Altadena fire. It took almost 20 min for someone to acknowledge us. I chose a $50 cactus. Weird vibe, even when I tried to ask for a small discount & sharing how my mom was affected by the fires in our Altadena neighborhood. The lady was quiet and the guy helping us said he would have to ask the owner. I paid transaction in full.

A lot of plants...but wasn't helpful at knowing the plants...all answers was I don't know ! Didn't even attempt to help...LOL

I’m a landscape designer who specializes in Succulents and this is my go-to place for plant material. Their succulents are beautiful and their retail prices are pretty good. Luckily, I can pass this value onto my clients. I love the staff too. They are solid. @succulentdesignsbymary

The staff here is always great!! Always helpful and they work so hard! Cesar and Theresa are always super friendly and help me get me spend $$$$fast and ez....just the way it should be! I go to 8 wholesalers but have been coming here more and more cause of the ease of shopping and the amazing staff! I spend a ton there every week thanks to those two. They should be given raises and rewards! Thanks a bunch!
