The plant knowledge and rare plant selection make this place one of the best in California! I have been working with them for over 20 years and not one complaint. Would recommend to anyone looking for fresh cut flowers or wholesale landscape plants.

Nathan is a fascinating person and has a wealth of knowledge. He runs an amazing small nursery and we are fortunate that he shares with us his hand selected speciality plants for our coastal gardens.
As a small business starting out, we were looking for trustworthy nursery who can address your problems and concerns and has quality plants. This business owned by Nathan is not it. There are plenty of other nurseries in the Watsonville area that has higher quality plants, better customer service, and lower delivery cost. If you must do business with him, make sure you do not pay in cash or check. Pay with a credit card so that you have that mechanism for a refund because if you run into any problems, he will not give you a refund. Do not let his initial friendliness fool you. Any complaints you have will be met with petty behavior and complete change in character. Being a small business owner is stressful enough - you do not want a vendor like Crescent Hill Nursery / Nathan who makes it even more unpleasant and challenging to navigate.
Aphid infested plants received and plants are delivered in very poor shape (most of my succulents and mangaves were broken and several plants died within a couple days). But doesn't end there - he screwed up the order so badly -- brought me plants that I didn't order and brought the wrong number of plants and wrong sizes. When I pointed this out to him and asked him to deliver the right plants or provide a refund, his first excuse was that his truck was in the shop and when I pressed, he said I would need to meet him on his route since he was unwilling to drive back out to fix his mistakes. Worst customer service and a petty person to deal with. It's unfortunate there are people like this running businesses like this and basically taking advantage of others and not owning up to their mistakes.
