Lovely nursery in Evergreen

Stopped in just to get some blooming basket fertilizer, an employee asked if I needed help because they were closing in about 15 minutes. I told her what I needed and she herded me, really, into the store and was in such a hurry knocked a bunch o f spray bottles off an overhead shelf. Grabbed a couple of bottles of fertilizer, ( one was also for tomatoes), and pushed me to the checkout. Told the lady at the register "She is ready to go!" I didn't notice till I got home she had sold me fertilizer for foliage, for a grand total of almost $50.00, for two bottles of fertilizer. I will not be going back to this business ever again 😱 And we were actually locked in and had to be let out. It's against the law for a business to lock 🔒 customers in for a number of reasons, and they could actually be sued. They can look customers out at closing not in.

Love this place! My 10 yo son is obsessed with this place and we always walkaway with a plant or two 🌱🌵. The selection is great, staff is always helpful, ready to answer any question or listen to my son chattering about plants propagation, and they give summer jobs to local high schoolers! Gardening at 7-8,000’+ is hard but you have much higher chances when you get top quality plants paired with helpful and friendly advice. Check it out and support local!

The owner and staff are knowledgeable about our environment and plants. They have an excellent selection of specialty plants. Plus, they are all the nicest neighborhood garden store. Please support them as you won’t regret it.
