I waited a week for an order that was placed by one of the staff members and was told that it "would be in in about 5-7days" just to be told that it was miscommunicated to me and they can't place in orders. Now I have to explain to my client that we just waited a week for nothing and we have to find it elsewhere. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
