Happy Trees

Chris, the owner of Happy Trees, replied to my original email request within a couple of hours and from that point on, he was absolutely committed to helping us select a tree and schedule the planting. The entire process was a wonderful experience. Chris is a tree expert, and runs his business with an emphasis on superb customer care. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with the results. His team of professionals was at our house on time, and were polite, enthusiastic and exceptionally diligent from start to finish. I will recommend Chris and Happy Trees to all my friends and neighbors when they need a new tree planted.

Chris stands by his work. We hired him to plant a new maple in the front to replace a dying ash, and also plant 3 junipers in our back yard along the fence for a privacy screen. We followed his instructions over the winter, and all was well until late April. One juniper was dying. Three in a row, but only one was failing. The back-story is this is the THIRD time we’ve planted trees by the fence. It’s a drainage zone. We’ve mitigated that issue, but one tree was still somehow too wet. We worked with Chris over text to try several things, but ultimately nothing worked. He came to replace the tree under warranty. He takes pride in his work and stands by his word. Rest assured you are getting your money’s worth. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team did a wonderful job for us. Chris showed us the trees in advance to make sure we were happy with what he was going to provide us, then his team did a great job planting them. They made sure the trees were oriented the way we wanted them and made sure the sprinker and drip lines were in place. He gave us great instructions on how best to care for them and made sure we were happy. I can't say enough how great of an experience we had.

Called Chris, talked to him about another tree. He and his crew had it delivered and planted within a few days. Very happy with the tree and their service.
