I bought an Annabelle hydrangea about two months ago, but it died after the first month. When I went back to request a return or exchange, the woman who said she was the owner refused because I didn't have the small paper tag that came with the plant. I offered to show my credit card transaction as proof of purchase, but she still refused because a transaction does not show an itemized description. Instead, she claimed it was my fault because she saw dirt on top of the root ball and assumed I had planted it too deeply. I told her I did not. This isn't my first hydrangea—I have several others from a different nursery that are thriving. When I tried to show her photos of my other plants, she wasn't interested and kept insisting it was my mistake. Very poor customer service.

I really enjoy this place. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are high, but their arrangements are top tier. I go here for plants I can’t get elsewhere and to splurge on hanging baskets, etc. If you need pots, mulch, soil, go to Walmart.
