Natalie, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect trees for our property. From the moment we arrived, Natalie greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs. We ended up purchasing 10 pine trees, including Austrian pines, Blue Spruce, White Pine, and other fir varieties, all ranging from 7 to 9.5 feet high. Additionally, we couldn't resist adding two stunning Aspen tree clusters to our collection. The delivery process was seamless, and I was delighted to find that all the trees arrived in impeccable condition. Each tree boasted a large, dense root ball, expertly wrapped to preserve its health during transportation. The attention to detail, from the packaging to the care taken with the branches, was truly commendable. Natalie was super responsive from our initial phone call through answering questions during the planting process. We were referred to Colorado Conifers by our Arborist for a berm project. We ordered 9 mature trees and they look amazing. They are healthy and thriving. We very happy with our first contact with Natalie when we picked out 4 large junipers 8'-10' tall. WE then asked for 3 scotch pines to be delivered with order. We followed Natalie's direction and waited till she said was transplant time. They were delivered to our property and planted properly in good topsoil.In less than a week 1 scotch pine started turning brown, we took picture and sent to her. The others are flourishing nicely. We texted pictures and got no response. We then emailed several times and finely got a response a week later. Tried calling cell but voicemail full. We got a response saying it was sunburn possibly when all the others look fine.We also got another email after we responded to her email. She had a cavalier attitude that it was our fault ,poor planting, over watering, etc.. All we wanted was to replaced tree and purchase more. Well needless to say very poor customer service and does not stand by product. As I have written all other 6 are great so far. But considering we spent over 3 thousand dollars we are extremely disappointed with her customer service. David Booz
