Don’t waste your money. I really wanted to support a local business, even knowing their prices were significantly higher than other retail options. Unfortunately, that extra cost didn’t translate into quality or customer service. From the beginning, the hanging basket supports were problematic. The plastic and wire structure repeatedly failed despite being hung securely on sturdy hooks in calm conditions. After several repairs and several devastating falls, I spent weeks trying to keep the plants alive and looking presentable. When the baskets failed again, I brought them into the store hoping for some kind of solution. I wasn’t expecting a refund. A discount on replacement plants, advice on how to rehab them, help repotting them, or even an acknowledgment that the basket structure may have been defective would have gone a long way. Instead, the manager told me, “That’s just Mother Nature,” despite the very obvious repairs I had made to the plastic and wire supports, and followed it up with, “No one else has complained.” I would have included photos, but I left the baskets at the store. After weeks of repairing them and trying to save the plants, I was standing there with soil literally falling out of the shattered basket and was so frustrated by the response that I left them on the counter and walked out. For a business charging premium prices, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. I’ll gladly pay more to shop local when a business stands behind its products, but that was not my experience here.

Great selection and such wonderful customer service!!
The first plant I picked up had a bug in it (not a good sign) and everything seemed very overpriced by at least 30% or more. Not planning on going back.
P***, poor service, bad attitudes don't sell very good plants. Got the same plant at Walmart and minor growing better than an actual gardening shop. Bad attitudes told me cool after they left me on. Hold for like 10 to 15 minutes replaced it. Once it died, again, I got video footage of the flowers, the ones I got at Walmart are thriving better than the ones we got at a place for Mother's Day. I spent a hundred and sixty bucks there and they wouldn't even replace a cheap flower.Try to give any recommendation or help.Don't give the owner business.Let alone any of the employees go find some flower places.In fort collins, they have way, better attitudes and way healthier plants
Super friendly staff and an amazing selection of flowers! All the flowers are really well cared for! There is a great atmosphere I love walking around there! the tap/ tasty room is inside the green house so lovely place to sit and have a drink. The lady that works there Michelle is always super friendly!
