Very disappointed. As a new business I opened an acct and started purchasing from Griffin. I was dismayed to go back and see that I was paying $270 for a case of pots that I can buy online with free shipping for $160. I called regional manager Al Hansen who was overtly arrogant and told me that once I can give him 30k in business a year he could give me the same products for 1/3 of what the retail prices were I spoke of. -So $53 but charge me $270? I understand price breaks (was a Regional Sales Exec. myself) but this seems excessive. Paying that much over retail is not helping a small business get started and definitely not developing a relationship for "a relationship based company".

Always wonderful working with Steve and everyone in Cheshire. It's very rare when they don't have what we forgot to order and find we need something in midseason. I definitely recommend.
