Overpriced , for sure , not very good customer service and you're right about the lady running from the cash register to help you very bad experience here

Let me just say it was my first and last time that I visit this place. The way that lady treat people even my 14 year old was speechless. The frustration and the comment she told this older man while he was pointing out a plant and asking a question, I had no choice but to step in because I refuse to allow anyone to treat people poorly and walking away will eat me alive at night. I don’t even know why I still went after I called and she had an attitude and huffed and I said “ you know what it’s fine I’ll call back another time.” Good thing that came out of it is that I met a stranger who was really humble and I reassured him that there’s people in this world that will help and it’s so sad how he said “ I like coming here but she always so rude and he don’t understand why why he just there to buy flowers for his elderly wife” that broke my heart. I suggest if it’s her age then stay home, if she don’t want to work then stay home don’t try to mess up other people day because your miserable, your face says it all your mad in life and I actually feel sorry but don’t ever treat people poorly when they putting money in your pocket and there will also be people who will stand up against bullies and due to the ethnicity and language barrier of the person I helped, it’s really telling. Never again l! I’ll pay what I need to pay at other places and support businesses that provides a positive environment and positive energy as well as treat people with respect. At the end of the day the ones she treats poorly is someone’s son, daughter, father, mother, grandparent!
