Only one person speaks English and he is rude and dismissive! Not one helpful soul in sight. The English speaking guy does not want to work! A waste of gas getting there and time!

My landscapers bought four Japanese maples and planted them all together ($250 each). One died a week later and they refused to replace it. Said they would have if it had been a day, but not a week. Will not use them again with such poor service and not standing behind what they sell.

Most importantly high quality plant material! It makes the 1.5 hour drive worth it. The staff is extremely helpful. They allowed me to conduct business (sell more plants to my customers over the phone, so I could purchase more plants) while they tied up and loaded the plant material. They made the process extremely easy. I will definitely be back to purchase more. *As I former inventory manager and with over 10 years experience in the nursery and landscape industry I know quality plants when I see them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I needed to buy 80 trees 🌲 to plant around my property. The place was closed on a Friday around 3pm. Employee came out yelling saying “get the hell outta here, GO!” For no reason at all. My first time there. I asked if i could buy some trees, he said “NO GET OUT” Couldn’t believe it, he was lucky i was with family or it would have took the wrong turn for him.
