BAfter my third trip here, I have decided not to return. Although aesthetically pleasing, it is not somewhere I would continue to shop. I do not feel confident in an establishment where I hear employees saying horrendous things about customers, but also talking badly about each other. I hope they learn from this as they are losing one customer (me), if not more

What makes Burnett's the best is the staff. Yes, the selection is fabulous...by far the best around and the prices are reasonable. I have bought trees, shrubs, and many flowers and they all thrive. It's the staff, however, that make it a special place. Jennifer and Heather are so kind; every year they help me find flowers and give me great advice. Yesterday, Cameron was so pleasant at check out, and Aubrey provided me with several options for fertilization that were within my budget. Gardening can be complex, so know that you can depend on the staff at Burnetts to help you and make the experience fun!

Wow! I was impressed by the amount of plant offerings for in and outdoor use. Friendly staff and pricing. Additional plus : indoor shopping during rain storm.
