We ordered and PAID for 20 shrubs from Ali’s that were to be delivered later the same week. When the time came for them to be delivered, Ali’s notified us they had resold half the shrubs that were allegedly tagged for us and had no additional ones available until next year. I have no idea how a business resells things that were already sold and paid for. While we eventually received a refund, we then had to source the shrubs from elsewhere and received significantly less mature shrubs. We had also previously requested a quote from Ali’s for a retaining wall and patio project and they simply ghosted us. They have horrible customer service. About the only thing they can get right is delivering mulch.

Ali’s Nursery consistently provides a level of service that’s hard to find these days from the quality of their products to the way they take care of their customers everything is handled with professionalism and attention to detail whether it’s materials for a large project or a last minute order to keep a job moving they always seem to have what you need and if they don’t they work hard to get it as quickly as possible their reliability and commitment to helping contractors stay on schedule make them an invaluable partner what truly separates Ali’s from the competition is their dedication to customer service they don’t just supply materials they help set you up for success every order is organized efficient and ready to go which saves valuable time and eliminates unnecessary stress a huge part of that experience is matt our salesman he is incredibly responsive stays on top of every order and makes communication effortless you never have to wonder about the status of an order because he is already working ahead to make sure everything is handled properly his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile make a noticeable difference if you’re looking for a supplier that is dependable responsive and genuinely invested in helping your business succeed i highly recommend Ali’s Nursery
