For the past 5 years I have ordered multiple items, they have always arrived well packed and of excellent quality. The one time my irises did not grow I was able to work with customer service to resolve the issue. I plan on buying again this year to start some new beds for next spring. My front yard is now one of the brightest in the neighborhood this spring!
Love Van Engelen Inc. for my spring bulbs! Ordered an all-white assortment of Narcissi, and it really gave a spectacular display. And the customer service folks are VERY knowledgeable - I ended up with some Daffs that looked like they'd be pink, but they assured me (correctly) that they would turn completely white over time. Ordered an assortment of other bulbs that I planted this past fall, and can't wait to see what they look like. Highly recommend
I Before I even got near the place, the owner came out and wrongly accused me of letting my dog poop. Completely untrue and handled rudely. I won’t be back.
Been ordering from these guys for several years. High quality product but even better customer service. Had a shipping glitch, not their fault, but they made it right without any hassle. Appreciate that they are a CT company doing the right thing and offering a superior product.
They charged a tariff on bulbs when no other US bulb company charged one. In fact they charged a tariff before they even knew if one was going into effect. Horrible
